CABS: Colorado Alcohol Beverage Symposium

CABS 2016 took place at the History Colorado Center, 1200 Broadway, Denver, on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 2-3, 2016.  The agenda included a national sales overview from Nielsen’s Beverage Alcohol Practice and a historical perspective on post-Prohibition and the reason we have liquor laws,  in addition to compliance sessions with the CO Liquor Enforcement Division staff.  Had you attended, you would know what Sugar Moon is and it’s unique place in Colorado history.  Also you would have learned a professional tasting approach from the Wine Board’s own Maxence Ariza, instructor at Johnson & Wales Denver.  View the 2016 presentation slides at CABSymposium.com.

CABS will be on hiatus for 2017.
