The Colorado Wine Industry Development Board (CWIDB) will move its April conference calls Monday, April 15, 2019 at 9 AM in order to hear the report from the CWIDB Marketing Request for Proposal (RFP) Evaluation Committee.
In order to comply with the State Procurement rules to keep the details of RFP responses confidential, the CWIDB will go into executive session pursuant to 24-6-402 (3)(a)(III), C.R.S to discuss “matters required to be kept confidential by federal law or … state statutes.” That portion of the meeting, approximately the first 30-60 minutes of the call, will be closed to the general public. After the executive session, the public is welcome to listen to the meeting by going to www.uberconference.com/cwidb in a web browser. Log in and choose whether to join the audio portion of the meeting using VoIP on your computer or calling 720.515.1880 using your phone.
The CWIDB returns to its normal monthly meeting schedule (the first Thursday of each month) on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 9:00 AM. Phone meetings will last about 120 minutes. Monthly meetings will be interspersed with in-person meetings on the following tentative schedule:
- May 20, 2019, 10AM-4 PM at the CO Dept. of Ag, 305 Interlocken Pkwy., Broomfield for a budget setting session
- August in a location TBD for an annual planning session.
