The Colorado Wine Industry Development Board meets by teleconference the second Monday of most months. The next call is Monday, February 11, 2019 at 9:00 AM. Phone meetings will last about 120 minutes. Monthly meetings will be interspersed with in-person meetings on the following tentative schedule:
- May 20, 2019, 10AM-4 PM at the CO Dept. of Ag, 305 Interlocken Pkwy., Broomfield for a budget setting session
- August in a location TBD for an annual planning session.

If required, the CWIDB may go into an executive session pursuant to 24-6-402 (3)(a)(III), C.R.S to discuss “matters required to be kept confidential by federal law or … state statutes” namely the State Procurement Code. If an executive session is needed, that portion of the teleconference will be closed to the general public.
