Cabernet Sauvignon Vertical

We are passionately excited about single-vineyard single-variety wines. In 2008, we were presented with the opportunity to work with Cabernet Sauvignon from a second vineyard. We could have blended the two vineyards together to produce a single wine (certainly a less time and cost intensive approach) but in doing so we would have lost a chance to truly taste a vineyard’s role; a taste of place. To that end, we present to you what we hope is a very special tasting experience.

Beginning with a library wine from our 2008 vintage: six wines, three vintages, three vineyards. An opportunity to taste wines produced by the same winemaker, with the same goal and fermentation techniques, and aged in the same type of French Oak Barrels.
