Vino Salida Wine Cellars is a small artisan winery in the Heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Nestled in the Upper Arkansas River Valley, we source high quality Vinifera & Cold-Hardy grapes from the finest growers in Palisade and local Salida Mountain Honey to create handcrafted batches of tasty vino, vermouth, and mead.

We are Colorado’s only Vermouth producer, utilizing Colorado grapes, grape spirit distilled at local distilleries, local honey, and organic botanicals to craft three distinctive Vermouths: Bianco (sweet white), Extra-dry (dry white) and Rosso (sweet red). Sip them alone on ice or warmed in the winter, and mix them with your favorite Colorado spirits to craft Manhattans, Martinis, Negronis & more!

Vino Salida hosts our Annual Grape Stomp every September, handcrafting the Tenderfoot Stomp dry red wine, which can be Merlot, Crimson Cabernet, or even Colorado Zinfandel! Highlight your mountain getaway with a glass of your favorite vino, charcuterie plates, local music, and majestic mountain views. Salute!
