Cabernet Sauvignon Vertical

We are passionately excited about single-vineyard single-variety wines. In 2008, we were presented with the opportunity to work with Cabernet Sauvignon from a second vineyard. We could have blended the two vineyards together to produce a single wine (certainly a less time- and cost-intensive approach). But in doing so, we would have lost a chance to truly taste a vineyard’s role; a taste of place. To that end, we present to you a very special Cabernet Sauvignon tasting experience. Beginning with a library wine from our very first 2007 vintage: six wines, four vintages, three vineyards. A unique opportunity to taste cellared, single-vineyard, single-varietal wines that were all produced by the same winemaker with the same goal. Stop by the Tasting Room anytime between 1pm and 6pm to enjoy this special flight. Reserve ahead for $20 ($22 at the door).
