Slow Food Denver: Colorado Wine Tasting

Join Slow Food Denver for an afternoon of tasting featuring a selection of wineries curated by Advanced Sommelier Logan Silbert. This is your chance to meet the talented winemakers of Colorado face to face and discover what makes their techniques exceptional, especially in the challenging growing conditions of our region.

During the general admission Grand Tasting from 4 to 6, a variety of Colorado wineries will be pouring their finest selections, allowing you to explore the flavors of the Colorado wine industry without the need to travel across the mountains. Complementing the wines, Slow Food Denver will provide charcuterie from the Nourish Chef for you to savor while you sip.

If you really want to dig deep into CO wines, consider joining one of our exclusive VIP experiences with Advanced Sommelier Logan Silbert for a blind tasting before the Grand Tasting. This unique opportunity pairs Colorado wines alongside renowned varietals from around the globe. You could experience a Colorado Pinot Noir compared to a classic Red Burgundy, or a Colorado Riesling alongside esteemed German or Austrian Rieslings.

The VIP experiences will consist of two separate 60-minute immersive blind comparison tastings, complete with delightful bites to enjoy throughout. Choose between the 2pm start time class or the 3:30pm class. VIP ticket holders will also receive an intimate opportunity in between the classes to enjoy the Grand Tasting in a small group before the general admission joins.
