CSU Crush Readiness Workshop, Grand Junction

CSU’s Viticulture and Enology Program will hold two Crush Readiness Workshops on July 12 in Denver and July 14 in Grand Junction, both running from 9:30 AM-3:00 PM.

Good crush preparation ensures a successful winemaking season! Learn thee very latest information about yeasts for various grape varieties, fermentation management and additives, micro-oxygenation, malolactic fermentation, avoidance of faults, etc.
Michael Jones and Luke Holcombe, from Scott Labs, and CSU Enologist Stephen Menke, will lead the workshop.
