Local Chefs Wine and Food Dinner with Bradford Heap from Wild Standard

Join us for our ninth annual series of Wine and Food with Local Chefs at BookCliff Vineyards, a five course dinner exquisitely prepared by great local chefs and perfectly paired with wines from BookCliff Vineyards. Join us for one of the most memorable dinners in town!

Cost: $80.00/person, tax included (gratuity separate)

1 – Grilled d’Anjou pear, Roquefort, honey cracked pepper gastric, paired with Muscat Blanc 2015
2 – Wild Alaskan King Salmon tartare, avocado sesame tamari root vegetable chips, paired with Viognier 2016
3 – Butter poached Alaska spot prawns, braised leek and fennel nage, paired with Chardonnay 2016
4 – 10 hour braised grass finished beef cheek, cipollini and Lardon, butternut squash and potato gratin, paired with Petit Verdot 2014
5 – “Not your Mothers” Boston cream pie, paired with Souzao port-style
