Valentine’s Dinner at BookCliff Vineyards with Menu

What could be more ROMANTIC than a Valentine’s Dinner surrounded by oak barrels in a winery?!? Join us on this special occasion for a memorable five course meal prepared by chef Willem DeFroy. Each course will be perfectly paired with wine from Bookcliff Vineyards. As a special treat a harpist will accompany the dinner for your enjoyment.

1. Salmon tartare “Mi- Cuit” with fresh tarragon – paired with Muscat Blanc 2015
2. Warm Heirloom tomato soup with fresh basil and brioche toast – paired with Viognier 2016
3. Escargots in puff pastry crust with “Beurre Rouge”- paired with Merlot ‘15
4.. Petite Filet of beef “Harlequin” with grilled asparagus and whipped sweet potatoes – paired with Crecendo 2013
5. Chocolate Ganache cake with fresh berries and Chantilly – paired with Encore (Late Harvest Zinfandel)
