“indoVINO is a winemaking project in both Sierra de Gredos, Spain and the Western Slope of Colorado. Started during the harvest of 2022 from a series of happy coincidences, I am excited to be producing the second vintage of small batch, handcrafted wines from two places I call home.
The wine is named after my family, Indovino, and literally translates to ‘see in the future’ or ‘to guess’ in Italian. This name embodies the spirit of the project and winemaking in itself, taking a risk and seeing what the future holds.”
