GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Good friends and some good wine at Plum Creek Cellar the winery is making sure to take care of it’s customer even during a drought in the Grand Valley.

“The drought isn’t really an issue but the heat can effect the harvest so we need to be aware of that.” Galen Wallace

Wallace told us the heat can damage the harvest because the grapevines are very sensitive. However, right now the heat is actually helping the Winery by bringing in more customers.

We have hikers and bikes commenting how hot it is…and they are coming in to be in a cool building.” Davelyn Price, Debeque Canyon Winery
