Winemaker, Steve Flynn, shares his creative process and gives guests a chance to weigh in on the 2015 blend of our Cuvee Rouge. The Cuvee Rouge is Vino Salida’s Colorado Showcase blend that features the best grape varietals from each vintage year. 2015 was a great year for Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Zinfandel and more.
