Join us for our tenth annual series of Wine and Food with Local Chefs at BookCliff Vineyards, a five course dinner exquisitely prepared by Chef Kelly Whitacker from Basta in Boulder that is perfectly paired with wines from BookCliff Vineyards. Join us for one of the most memorable dinners in town!

1. Crudo: Yellowtail, winter citrus, crispy farro paired with 2015 Muscat Blanc
2. Duck rillette, smoked emmer cracker, cherry mustardo paired with 2015 Graciano
3. Chawanmushi, maitake mushroom, parmesan dashi paired with 2013 Crescendo
4. Short rib cannelloni, Niman ranch beef, cippolini, black garlic paired with 2015 Cabernet Franc Reserve
5. Fortuna chocolate fig Budino paired with 2016 Encore
