Cabernet Sauvignon Vertical

We are passionately excited about single-vineyard single-variety wines. In 2008, we were presented with the opportunity to work with Cabernet Sauvignon from a second vineyard. We could have blended the two vineyards together to produce a single wine (certainly a less time- and cost-intensive approach). But in doing so, we would have lost a chance to truly taste a vineyard’s role; a taste of place. To that end, we present to you a very special Cabernet Sauvignon tasting experience. Beginning with a library wine from our very first 2007 vintage: six wines, four vintages, three vineyards. An opportunity to taste cellared, single-vineyard, single-varietal wines that were all produced by the same winemaker with the same goal.
