Join History Colorado in Western Colorado September 12-14 to “celebrate the farmers and their fields in this 3 day, 2 night experience to Hotchkiss, Paonia, and Palisade, Colorado! In partnership with The Storm Cellar, Stories Through Food is getting on the road to the Western Slope to visit farms; eat a farm-to-table dinner at The Storm Cellar; pick some peaches, apples, and pears; and learn from the laborers, farmers, chefs, and winemakers who call this area home. We’ll harvest the agricultural history of the Western Slope with History Colorado’s Curator of Business and Innovation, Rachael Storm.”
